Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in fields such as economics, mathematics, statistics, business administration, accounting, engineering, or related areas
- Experience in financial analysis, data analysis and visualization
- Fluent in English, as the teamβs internal communication is entirely in this language
- Advanced Excel skills
- An open mindset to learn and unlearn from colleagues worldwide, with flexibility and adaptability to handle rapid changes
- Ability to organize, prioritize and manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders
- Structured and analytical thinking. Enjoy processing information and possess the skill to transform data into meaningful insights
- Critical analysis skills to detect anomalies, trends, and variances, with diligence in ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Ability to communicate financial and operational insights clearly and concisely to leadership
Responsibilities
- Support the Global FP&A Function and Regional Finance Teams, which are responsible for contributing to the businessβs success and company performance through ad-hoc analysis, financial reporting and insights
- Assist in the global consolidation process for planning and forecasting, as well as in the preparation of internal and external stakeholder materials
- Support the maintenance and optimization of our EPM tool (Workday Adaptive Planning)
- Identify and implement continuous improvements for process and reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Build and maintain strong working relationships within the finance community and across the company globally
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of other automation tools (Python, SQL, etc.) is desirable
- Experience in a technology company and/or with BI tools and EPM tools such as Workday Adaptive Planning is a plus
