The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5-7 years of relevant experience, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 5–7 years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheet and financial modeling skills required
- Proficiency in financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan, Planful) and ERP systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across levels
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and managing financial models, budgets, and forecasts
- Conduct variance analysis to compare actual financial performance against budget and forecast expectations
- Prepare financial reports and dashboards to present insights to management
- Support business decision-making through data-driven financial analysis
- Maintain and update the integrated three-statement financial model (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow) to support strategic planning and decision-making
- Collaborate with various departments to gather data and provide financial insights
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance financial performance
- Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and scenario analyses
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to NetSuite and Looker for ad hoc reporting and financial data reconciliation, is preferred
