You will be responsible for reporting and analyzing headcount and labor costs, supporting HR and finance teams in payroll budgeting, implementing KPIs, creating dashboards, and conducting ad-hoc analyses. A Master's degree in Finance or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar analytical role are required. Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Payroll Analytics, Social Cost Control, or a similar analytical role within finance, preferably in dynamic or fast-paced environments
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline: Finance or a related field
- Proficient in English on top of French
- High proficiency in data management, with experience in handling complex datasets and a preference for candidates who have worked with databases and business intelligence tools
- Strong analytical capabilities, with a proven track record in developing data-driven insights to support business decisions and optimise workforce costs
- Ability to implement automation and improve reporting structures to scale payroll processes and streamline workflows
- System orientation: Experience with advanced systems like Pigment
- The role requires developing and maintaining sophisticated reporting tools and dashboards
Responsibilities
- Report and analyze consolidated headcount and labor costs expenses for Contentsquare Group (monthly closing, quarterly forecast)
- Support HR and Finance teams in Payroll costs budgeting: planning management, yearly merit increase simulation and recommendations, market adjustments, etc
- Implement and track relevant KPI to measure organizational efficiency
- Create dashboards destined to Managers and/or Executive team to help headcount structure management
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis on headcount and payroll costs evolution for strategic plan
- Improve and optimize labor costs forecast tools and processes
- Develop a solution to gather actual & individual payroll data, in collaboration with payroll providers and IT internal team
- Optimize tools to support decision making on headcount management for the different departments
- Support the HR team on expenses forecasting and monitoring
