Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (an MBA is a plus)
• Strategy Management Consulting experience is a must
• 2+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, operations, or a similar role, with proven experience in managing cross-functional projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop strategic recommendations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

• Support CEOs, Founders and executive teams by managing key projects and ensuring alignment across departments
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives
• Conduct research and analysis to provide insights that inform executive decision-making
• Manage workflows and ensure that priorities are clearly communicated and executed
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies that enhance business performance
• Act as a trusted advisor, representing executive leadership in meetings when necessary
• Has a knack for excellent power points and creation of decks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a fractional or consultancy environment is highly desirable
• Flexibility to work on multiple assignments and adapt to various organizational cultures
