Summary
Join a rapidly growing remote team at Panoptyc, a company reinventing retail loss prevention through AI and expert investigators. As a growth specialist, you will build and manage a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, hire and manage a team of growth specialists, develop and optimize outreach systems, and create and implement marketing strategies to close upper mid-market and large deals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth-oriented roles
- Experience working at a startup, selling enterprise deals or building marketing/growth functions
- Expertise in building outbound and marketing systems
- Strong opinions and a proven playbook on growth strategies
- Ability to build, tweak, and manage appointment-setting systems for sales teams
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a comprehensive go-to-market strategy
- Hire and manage a team of growth specialists
- Develop and optimize outreach systems
- Create and implement marketing and growth strategies to close upper mid-market and large deals
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail sector is a plus, but not required
