Summary
Join Yellow Social Interactive, a leader in social gaming, and become our Fraud Analyst. Analyze and interpret fraud and risk data to identify trends in player behavior. You will provide data and insights to identify high-risk accounts, detect unusual activity, and mitigate risk. Responsibilities include reviewing member accounts, performing investigations, and developing fraud prevention policies. You will generate reports and identify areas for process improvement. This role requires experience with fraud prevention tools (like Seon) and BI reporting tools (like Looker).
Requirements
- Experience working with Seon or other fraud prevention tools, particularly with the definition and analysis of fraud detection rules within the platform
- Strong hands-on experience with Looker, or other BI reporting and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Good communication, organizational, teamwork, interpersonal skills and multi-cultural diversity are essential
- Experience of working on multiple projects at the same time
- Data-driven and detail-orientated with good analytical, problem-solving skills
- The ability to present business and technical issues, ideas, and recommendations clearly in verbal, written and presentation formats
- A proven ability to work effectively with international, cross-functional teams in a highly dynamic industry
Responsibilities
- Identifying suspicious activity using fraud monitoring tools and other systems
- Reviewing and monitoring member account registrations, purchases, and redemption transactions
- Performing initial investigations and taking immediate corrective action to mitigate losses to the business
- Contributing to the development of new policies, processes, and systems to monitor and prevent fraud
- Generating suspicious activity reports and risk management reports for managers
- Identifying areas for process/system improvement and supporting the team in implementing changes
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience of the gaming industry is a plus
- Any experience in the US market is beneficial
