Requirements

• Proficient in German and English
• Minimum 2 years of studies ahead of you
• Quick learner, team-player and able to work independently (good self-organisation)
• Willing and available to work next to studies

Responsibilities

• Monitor FAIRTIQ app usage to identify and manage fraudulent activity, ensuring a fraud-free system
• Work independently from your home or any location, using tools provided by us
• Participate in regular team video calls and occasional in-person workshops to stay aligned with team goals and updates

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional languages such as French, Italian, or Czech are beneficial
• Interest in public transport and familiarity with the FAIRTIQ app are advantageous
