Freelance Junior Retoucher

Summary

Join Reformation, a sustainable fashion brand, as a Freelance Retoucher working remotely on Mondays and Fridays and in-house Tuesdays through Thursdays at our Frogtown Studio in Los Angeles. You will edit and review e-commerce images, ensuring visual consistency and adhering to file specifications. Responsibilities include image organization, cropping, uploading, and archiving. You'll need 2-3 years of professional retouching experience, a keen eye for fashion photography, and strong organizational skills. E-commerce experience is a plus. Requirements

• A keen eye for fashion/model photography as well as still life product photography and photo composition
• A strong work ethic and commitment to quality and efficiency
• Must have 2-3 years of professional experience in image retouching, editing/photography
• Fashion/retail and/or e-commerce experience
• Strong organizational, multitasking skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment required

Responsibilities

• Edit and review all e-commerce images
• Organize, creatively crop, upload and archive photos with correct file naming conventions
• Format and enhance all image content; maintain file size and crop specification guidelines
• Upload imagery to back end of site and audit work
• Color correct garments in photos from physical samples
• Ensure visual consistency of product images

Preferred Qualifications

• Ecommerce experience is a plus
• Strong sense of problem solving skills
• Ability to adapt to changes quickly
