Requirements

• Proven experience as a Publication Strategist/Planner in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong understanding of publication planning processes and best practices
• Familiarity with relevant guidelines and regulations, such as GPP and ICMJE
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic publication plans aligned with product development milestones and commercial objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key publication opportunities and priorities
• Manage the publication process from inception to delivery, including manuscript development, submission, and publication tracking
• Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations, such as Good Publication Practice (GPP) and International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE)
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize publication strategies and maximize the impact of scientific communications
