Join VALUE Virtual Assistants as a Telemarketer/ Inside Sales Representative and contribute to the company's business management consulting services. As a key member of our team, you will identify new sales opportunities, conduct cold calls, and build strong relationships with customers.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Telemarketer or Inside Sales Representative
• Experience working in the US Real Estate industry
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and MS Office programs
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Must be a Filipino citizen residing in the Philippines
• A dedicated, secluded workspace free from noise and distractions
• An updated personal computer or laptop with a webcam and at least 20GB of free storage
• A stable internet connection of at least 5Mbps, with a backup option (pocket WiFi or mobile data)

Responsibilities

• Identify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls and emails, specifically in the Real Estate sector
• Conduct cold calls to potential clients, providing information about products and services
• Understand, present, and demonstrate products or services to customers effectively
• Set and achieve sales goals and objectives as defined by leadership
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and long-term loyalty
