Freelance Recruiter

Summary

Join Milestone One as a Freelance Recruiter to contribute to our mission of making life-changing medical research accessible globally. This remote/flexible role requires experience in talent acquisition within clinical research. You will source, screen, and shortlist candidates, build strong candidate relationships, collaborate with the Talent Manager, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate databases. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus), and experience with recruitment techniques and tools. Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a freelance or remote capacity
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools, including LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be a fluent English and Spanish speaker, also Portugese will be an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various positions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
• Work closely with Milestone One Talent Manager to understand specific needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly
• Schedule and conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further rounds with internal teams
• Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with the healthcare industry and especially clinical research and its specific recruitment needs is a huge plus
