Responsibilities

• Craft engaging and persuasive ad copy tailored to the specific needs and brand voice of our clients in the e-commerce and DTC sectors
• Develop clear and concise UGC briefings to guide creators in producing authentic and brand-aligned content
• Identify and recruit talented content creators, influencers, and brand advocates in alignment with client objectives
• Foster strong relationships with creators to ensure consistent and high-quality content delivery
• Manage a diverse pool of creators, providing them with creative direction and support throughout the content creation process
• Collaborate with the client and internal teams to understand campaign objectives and requirements
• Plan and execute UGC campaigns, ensuring seamless integration with overall marketing strategies
