Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in French (mandatory) and English

Responsibilities

  • Handle B2B customer interactions via phone, email, and chat in French and English
  • Promote payment solutions and upsell services to prospective and existing clients
  • Provide helpdesk support and resolve customer queries efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities

Preferred Qualifications
