Front End Developer

Summary

Join Nuvolum, a full-service marketing and PR firm, as a Front-End Developer in our Bay Area office. We are seeking a passionate and collaborative developer with 3+ years of front-end experience and proficiency in modern JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and UI frameworks. The ideal candidate will have experience building responsive websites and progressive web apps, working with APIs, and using web development tools. This is currently a remote position with the expectation of becoming hybrid. We offer a supportive and collaborative team environment where professional growth is encouraged. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a front-end web developer
• 2+ years experience with TypeScript or modern JavaScript
• Experience working with APIs (eg: graphQL, REST)
• Experience building responsive websites and progressive web apps
• Proficient with modern CSS resources (eg: SCSS, Foundation)
• Proficient in web development tools and debugging
• Familiarity with JavaScript unit test tools (eg: Mocha, Jasmine, Jest)

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with a modern UI framework (eg: ReactJS, Redux, VueJS)
• 1+ years working with Figma and other online style guide tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience

Benefits

This is currently a remote position with the expectation of it becoming hybrid, with one to two days a week in the office in Tiburon, CA
