Front-End Developer

Summary

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Frontend Developer with a focus on both web and mobile platforms
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience with HTML, SCSS, and JavaScript. Demonstrate strong proficiency in Angular JS, and Vue JS
• Possess experience in building responsive websites and mobile applications for multiple devices and screen sizes
• Have a solid understanding of front end performance optimization techniques
• Possess experience working in an agile, collaborative, multi-cultural development environment
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team setting

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly, and accessible web and mobile applications using technologies such as HTML, SCSS, and JavaScript
• Translate design wireframes and prototypes into high-quality code
• Implement cross-platform solutions that ensure seamless user experiences across web and mobile environments, using Angular and Vue JS
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to integrate accessible and user-centered design principles into web and mobile products
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues across multiple platforms, with a focus on performance and accessibility
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code
• Collaborate with other team members to estimate and plan development tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Have build process experience (CI/CD), cloud services knowledge (Azure and/or AWS)
• Have experience with PHP, Laravel, SQL database queries, optimization, and design
• Be familiar with WCAG standards and accessibility testing tools (e.g., Axe, Lighthouse, WAVE) and techniques
