Front-End Developer

Summary

Join Fulcrum, a team of tech-savvy, creative, and passionate IT professionals, as an independent and responsible Frontend Developer. This 1.5-month project in the real estate domain offers the possibility of extension. You will be responsible for developing responsive and cross-browser compatible layouts, implementing reusable custom components, creating rich UI/UX experiences, and developing interactive, data-driven visualizations. Requirements

• 3+ years in frontend development, with significant experience in Next.js and TypeScript
• Experience building component libraries and architecting scalable React apps
• A strong understanding of rendering performance, SEO, accessibility, and responsive design
• Real-world experience integrating third-party tools via SDKs or APIs
• An eye for polish and detail in UI/UX across screen sizes and browsers
• Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, image optimization, lazy loading, and bundle analysis

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and cross-browser compatible layouts based on design mockups
• Implementing and managing reusable custom components
• Developing rich UI/UX experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Creating interactive, data-driven visualizations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with dynamic content assembly (e.g., CMS, headless systems)
• Exposure to AI-driven UI or chatbots
