Frontend Developer

Summary

Join us in building the next layer of blockchains by creating a new application platform on top of the Lightning Network as a frontend developer.

Requirements

• Have strong Javascript (Typescript) expertise and experience building with React
• Understand modern solutions to building web applications targeting varying browsers and platforms
• Apply solid engineering practices and processes, such as a solid testing methodology and documentation
• Have prior contributions to open source projects and experience leading software development projects

Responsibilities

• Write frontend browser-based UIs for our software (React)
• Integrate and build APIs for the ecosystem
• Interact with stakeholders on user-facing products, ensuring UX is compatible and enables individuals and companies to build on Lightning

Preferred Qualifications

• Understand Bitcoin, other digital currencies, and cryptography in general
• Have experience with empathetic, human-centered software design
