Front-End Developer

Join Tecsys' UX team as a Front-end Developer Student for a 4-month paid internship starting May 5, 2025, with a potential extension. Requirements

• Be nearing the end of a three or four-year degree program, or a recent graduate
• Have a good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web components
• Understand responsive web design and accessibility (WCAG 2.2 standards)
• Possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Communicate ideas clearly and be willing to collaborate with designers, developers, and product teams
• Have a can-do attitude and show initiative with project assignments
• Be autonomous but not afraid to ask for help and guidance when needed
• Have strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication
• Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident OR have a valid Canadian work permit

Responsibilities

• Enhance the design system, ensuring components are scalable, accessible, and visually seamless across applications
• Work on real-world projects that will shape the future of our products

Preferred Qualifications

• Possess some knowledge of UX & UI design principles
• Have experience from other internships
• Have basic experience with React.js, Angular or Vue.js
