Alterra Academy is seeking a Full-Time Remote Frontend Developer Mentor with at least 5 years of experience to teach and mentor aspiring frontend developers through live sessions, develop curriculum plans, oversee assessments, answer questions in group settings, and score final tasks. Requirements

• Available to join immediately
• Minimum of 5 years working experience as a Frontend Developer, particularly with AI-driven landing pages or in a related position
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong knowledge of frontend technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Vue.js
• Experience with AI integration in web development
• Experience in managing a team and/or mentoring others
• Passionate about education and development
• Familiarity with web development tools and version control systems such as Git

Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor mentees through live sessions
• Provide complementary learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensure student engagement (classes conducted after office hours)
• Develop and design curriculum plans tailored to the needs of mentees
• Oversee assessments to foster mentee learning and growth
• Answer mentees' questions in group settings, providing guidance and support
• Score mentees' final tasks, with incentives based on the number of graduates
