Frontend Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience of minimum 4 years with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, wireframing, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
• Knowledge of CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS) and CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap)
• Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first development
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Vuex, Context API, etc.)
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous programming
• Proficiency in version control systems like Git
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable and responsive web applications
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing interfaces
• Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and data services
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development and UI/UX design
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend-related issues and bugs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG)
• Familiarity with progressive web apps (PWAs) and accessibility (WCAG)
• Basic knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, Express, Firebase, etc.) is a plus
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
