Summary

You will be instrumental in building intuitive tools for startup founders, focusing on equity management and business understanding. This role requires building and owning rich, interactive product features, partnering with design and product teams, and collaborating with backend and AI engineers. The ideal candidate possesses a strong product mindset, UI design skills, and experience with React, TypeScript, and modern tooling.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience building and shipping production-level frontend applications
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with React or similar frameworks
  • A product mindset. You think in terms of user experience and business value, not just code
  • A strong eye for UI detail and interest in creating polished, accessible user interfaces
  • Comfort working across the stack and collaborating closely with cross-functional teammates
  • A bias toward action, curiosity, and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Build and own rich, interactive product features across our web platform, from concept to deployment
  • Partner closely with design and product to shape user experiences with empathy and craft
  • Collaborate with backend and AI engineers to deliver seamless, performant integrations
  • Contribute to our evolving frontend architecture using React, TypeScript, and modern tooling
  • Improve product quality and team velocity by writing clean, testable code and participating in code reviews
  • Help define team best practices and contribute to shared components, patterns, and infrastructure
