Frontend Engineer

Summary

Join SonicWall, a leading cybersecurity company, as a Frontend Engineer and contribute to the modernization of network access. This remote position (Costa Rica residents only) offers the chance to work on high-performance applications for various platforms using cutting-edge technologies like React, Electron, and React Native. You will collaborate with designers and product managers, building new features and having a significant impact on product development. This role requires experience in creating enterprise applications, familiarity with React frameworks, and knowledge of modern web technologies. The ideal candidate is a self-driven engineer with a passion for usability and performance.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience
• Have 2+ years of experience in creating enterprise applications and related technologies (HTML, JS, CSS)
• Have experience with the React frameworks
• Have experience with modern web technologies and tools such as ES6, promises, Typescript, SaaS
• Possess the ability to adapt and pivot to new technologies and customer needs
• Have experience with data visualization libraries like Highcharts and AgGrid
• Have knowledge of security fundamentals (certificates, OAuth)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers and product managers to build new features for applications
• Work with the latest Javascript technologies
• Build high-performance, modern applications for the web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android
