• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional results
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to foster collaboration and innovation within a team
• Excellent project management skills, including task prioritization, risk assessment, and progress tracking

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to design, develop, and maintain software solutions with a focus on high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices
• Be into the details to review code and guide the team to the best quality solutions by example
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, solve complex challenges, and deliver innovative solutions
• Oversee project management activities, including planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and tracking progress to ensure the timely delivery of projects
• Analyze technical challenges, provide actionable insights, and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency
• Ensure adherence to security best practices when working with external APIs or sensitive data
