Summary

Alterra Academy is seeking experienced Frontend or React professionals to contribute to education projects and mentor mentees through live sessions. Strong English skills are required due to international projects. Responsibilities include teaching, curriculum development, assessment oversight, and answering mentee questions. A Bachelor's degree in IT, minimum 3 years of experience in Frontend, proficiency in English (written and spoken), familiarity with React or Next.Js, team management experience, and a passion for education are required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 year working experience in Frontend
• Proficiencies in English both written and spoken
• Familiar with React or Next.Js
• Experienced in managing a team and/or mentoring others
• Passionate about education and development
• Strong knowledge of Frontend process flow

• Teaching & mentoring mentee through live sessions to provide complementary learning
