Frontend Web Developer

Summary

Join Heidi, a company on a mission to revolutionize healthcare delivery, as a Frontend Web Developer. You will be part of the marketing developer team, working with Next.js, Tailwind, and Sanity to build modular, high-performance web pages. This role involves developing reusable React components, integrating content from Sanity, ensuring optimal SEO and performance, and collaborating with design and analytics teams. The ideal candidate possesses solid experience with Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind, along with headless CMS experience. This contract/freelance position offers a remote-first, async-friendly work environment and the opportunity to build a global-first frontend.

Requirements

• Solid experience with Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind
• Experience working in a fast-paced tech, SaaS, or startup environment
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, and still deliver polish

Responsibilities

• Develop reusable components in React + Tailwind
• Integrate structured content from Sanity via GROQ and hooks
• Ensure SSR/ISR performance and SEO meta best practices
• Build layouts that support A/B testing, localisation, and dynamic content
• Partner with the design and analytics team to polish UX across devices

Preferred Qualifications

• Headless CMS experience (Sanity preferred), accessibility and structured data know-how
• Familiarity with monorepos, feature flags, or AI-powered tooling
