Frontend/Native Software Engineer

Requirements

• Be a specialist front-end software developer with strong expertise in React and React Native, along with a solid understanding of related technologies
• Have experience with distributed systems and modern system designs, including cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, Backend for Frontend (BFFs), Micro Frontends, as well as web and mobile applications
• Have a background in designing and developing complex modern mobile and web applications
• Have worked on developing RESTful and GraphQL web services, collaborating with front-end teams to create mockups, define payloads, and adhere to HTTP best practices
• Have experience in architecting large-scale, multi-tier web applications
• Be a team player who thrives in collaborative environments, providing mentorship to junior colleagues and actively seeking support from peers
• Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, and articulate ideas clearly when speaking to groups in both Portuguese and English
• Have a strong desire for learning and self-development, and hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science or possess equivalent professional experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-end development in the Platform Services team
• Design and implement straightforward solutions to complex scenarios
• Work closely with the product team to translate their vision and needs into technical approaches that make sense to the engineering team, and vice-versa
• Serve as a focal point in the communication with other teams and areas of the company
• Serve as a technical reference to the team and gain recognition as such across the company
