Summary

Career.io is seeking a Fulfillment and Customer Care (FCC) Associate to help manage their growing business by interfacing with customers and experts via telephone and email, ensuring customer satisfaction, staying updated on departmental changes, and resolving customer issues. The role requires high-speed internet access, the ability to work during US hours, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a positive demeanor, and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Requirements

• High speed internet access, a quiet workstation
• Ability to work in: US Hours (6:30pm to 3:30am IST)
• Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone and willing to resolve matters and provide solutions for those customers' needs
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• An infectiously positive demeanor
• The ability to prioritize different tasks and wear multiple hats

Responsibilities

• Interface directly with customers and experts via telephone and email
• Ensure client and expert satisfaction by practicing, following, and implementing Talent Inc’s service standards
• Stay abreast of departmental updates
• Assist customers and experts with inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses through a variety of platforms (including over the phone and through email)
• Research customer issues, document findings, and champion solutions
• Effective communication with co-workers

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in a customer support/client service role
• Bachelor’s degree: English/Journalism major would be an asset, but not required
