Summary

Join our team at Statusphere as we grow into a premiere marketing platform! We're looking for a part-time packer to assist in accurately packing orders for members, manage inventory, and communicate with teams. If you have distribution experience or can juggle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail, this might be the role for you.

Requirements

• Distribution experience preferred, but not required
• Accurately pulls/packs correct products
• Able to perform basic arithmetic skills
• Contributes to a clean and safe warehouse
• Ability to carry and/or lift about 5 - 30 pounds of product at one time
• Reliable form of transportation to and from Statusphere warehouse
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a professional manner both orally and in writing, at all levels within and outside the organization
• Self-motivated & possess strong time management skills, personal organization & interpersonal skills
• Positive team player and problem solver with the ability to act and react in a professional manner while under pressure

Responsibilities

• Assist in accurately packing orders for Statusphere members in a timely manner monthly or throughout the month as orders come in
• Use inventory tracking system provided by Statusphere to accurately record deliveries, shipments and stock levels at Statusphere warehouse on a weekly basis
• Communicate stock levels with Inventory Management, Account Management and Member Relations team at Statusphere
• Take inventory of Statusphere supplies such as boxes and shipping materials on a monthly basis
• Prepare the shipping supplies for the upcoming month (building boxes, cutting tissue paper, etc.)
