Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in fulfillment operations within the CPG industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a 3PL warehouse, including experience with inventory management, order processing, and shipping/receiving
  • Demonstrated ability to onboard and manage relationships with retail partners, with a strong understanding of retail fulfillment processes
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing projects from inception to completion
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the 3PL warehouse to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders
  • Develop and implement processes to optimize warehouse efficiency and minimize order processing time
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless order fulfillment
  • Manage inventory levels to meet demand forecasts and prevent stockouts
  • Onboard and manage relationships with retail partners, including coordinating order fulfillment, managing product allocations, and resolving any issues or discrepancies
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support promotional activities and product launches
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fulfillment operations and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Train and develop fulfillment team members to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in fulfillment and retail operations
