Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in US non-tech recruitment and business development with a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and client acquisition for roles such as Assembler, CNC Machinist, Warehouse Worker, Material Handler, and Administrative positions
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience recruiting for various non-tech industries including Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive, Environmental Services, Retail, and Scientific sectors
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using job boards (Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder) and social media for sourcing. Experience with ATS systems
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with clients and candidates effectively
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with experience managing multiple tasks, clients, and recruitment processes simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities by establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients in the US market
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for non-tech positions from job requisition through candidate placement
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with US clients to understand their hiring needs, provide updates, and deliver high-quality candidates
  • Sourcing & Screening: Utilize job boards (Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook), and advanced Boolean search techniques to identify and attract top talent for non-tech roles
  • ATS Management: Effectively use Applicant Tracking Systems to track candidate progress, manage job postings, and maintain recruitment data
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, job market conditions, and recruitment best practices to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, prepare and present reports on recruitment metrics, and manage documentation related to candidate placements
  • Collaboration: Work closely with account managers and other team members to ensure alignment on client requirements, recruitment strategies, and performance goals
