Requirements

  • Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js
  • Experience with backend technologies like Node.js, Java, Python, .NET, or Ruby
  • Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases
  • Hands-on experience with cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices
  • Strong understanding and experience working in Scrum/Kanban
  • Proficient with tools like Git, Jira, Confluence, and code quality tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven leadership in driving project deliverables
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end applications
  • Work with modern frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, .NET, Java, Python, Ruby on Rails, or similar)
  • Design RESTful APIs and microservices to support front-end integrations
  • Work on healthcare applications, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards such as HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, HITECH, and ICD
  • Optimize applications for handling sensitive healthcare data, ensuring performance and security
  • Develop and deploy applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Design, manage, and optimize relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB)
  • Ensure data consistency, performance tuning, and secure handling of healthcare data
  • Work within Agile Scrum/Kanban teams to deliver incremental value in sprints
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and ensure adherence to coding best practices
  • Architect and design technical solutions based on business requirements
  • Analyze and resolve production issues quickly
  • Perform code reviews and implement performance optimizations when necessary

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on healthcare projects or applications involving EHR/EMR systems
  • Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) or Agile methodologies (Scrum Master)
  • Familiarity with security best practices in healthcare applications
