Requirements

• US Citizen
• Obtain and maintain a DHS 6C (Public Trust)
• Bachelor's degree or beyond; a computer science background is recommended but not required if suitable experience can be demonstrated

Responsibilities

• Leverage experience with requirements gathering, design, implementation, and testing software or systems development using front end UI (React, JavaScript, CSS), Java/Spring/Spring Boot for middle tier, and AWS Cloud for back end infrastructure
• Collaborate with team members and clients to iteratively develop, validate, and operate software at scale using Agile techniques
• Use experience designing and developing scalable, high-performance, and highly available applications and systems components
• Demonstrate excellent communication, facilitation, and mediation skills by working directly with our clients, team members, and other development teams
• Use experience in responding to client requirements in tight timeframes, government or otherwise – this entails flexibility in both work location (work from home but may need to meet ad hoc with the client with little notice); and hours (occasional off-hours on-call shifts)
