Requirements

  • Experience with Python
  • Experience creating custom GPTs/Agents
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (ActiveCampaign, Pardot, or others), including setting up landing pages, automated workflows, creating new templates, and integrating websites and databases
  • Experience developing responsive, accessible, high-quality websites and web applications
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS (SASS), and JavaScript (jQuery)
  • Experience with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, PHP, Java, or Ruby)
  • Experience with third-party integrations, APIs, and back-end services
  • Proficiency in Agile development methodologies
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work with different Agile project management tools such as Jira
  • Proficient in speaking English (both written and verbal)
  • Legal status to work in Panama, Panama City

Responsibilities

  • Architect websites and web applications
  • Work with cross-functional teams involving project management, design, and quality assurance
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients
  • Thrive in Agile environments, breaking down complex architectures into user stories
  • Continuously learn, adapt, and improve your skill set while helping others grow
  • Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work across multiple projects
  • Work directly with clients in collaborative sessions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, and CloudWatch
  • Experience with WooCommerce
  • Experience with Elementor (WordPress Page Builder)
  • Prior experience with LearnDash (Learning Management System)
  • Experience with REST APIs, especially the WordPress REST API
  • Comfort with design tools like Figma and InVision
  • General experience with web server technologies (Apache, NGINX, Serverless)
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
