Full Stack Developer

Summary

Join our team as a part-time, remote Full Stack Developer Coach/SME! You will guide our team developing an AI-powered voice transcription platform, acting as an escalation point for coding issues and ensuring project timelines are met. This role requires at least 5 years of full-stack development experience using specified technologies and a strong understanding of cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure. You'll collaborate closely with product and design teams, ensuring system consistency and a positive user experience. The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities. Flexible scheduling is offered.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack development using Python, Node.js/Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Proven track record of developing and managing web applications & APIs
• Strong experience with cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure, including Azure DevOps, App Services, and other Azure management tools
• Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL
• Experience in an Agile development environment and understanding of SDLC practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex software projects
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Be available at least 2 hours every day (mornings) to work with a team of developers
• Answer questions in group chats, get on meetings to guide and coach
• Resolve issues and roadblocks in a reasonable timeframe (Less than 24 hours for most issues)
• Work closely with product managers, analysts, and UI designers to ensure system consistency and improve user experience
• Support the product development lifecycle through participation in design sprints and review sessions

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare technology and understanding of regulatory environments such as HIPAA
