Full Stack Developer

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of full-stack development experience
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular) and back-end languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, or Ruby)
• Strong database experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB)
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
• Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services
• Understanding of DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable full-stack solutions for Thesheet’s SaaS platform
• Build efficient and responsive front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular)
• Architect robust back-end solutions utilizing Node.js, Python, or a relevant framework for scalability and efficiency
• Collaborate with the design and product teams to translate Figma or design prototypes into polished, functional interfaces
• Architect and implement database structures for optimal data flow and performance (SQL/NoSQL)
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best coding practices (e.g., DRY, SOLID)
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards and mentor junior developers where applicable
• Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and scalability
• Implement integrations with third-party tools, APIs, and payment gateways to expand platform functionality
• Support the deployment of new features and updates, ensuring seamless product releases
• Identify and resolve bugs, technical issues, and edge cases quickly and effectively
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and leadership to align technical development with business goals
• Provide regular updates and technical feedback on progress, blockers, and deliverables
• Contribute to technical discussions, roadmapping, and sprint planning sessions
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing to ensure system reliability
• Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure platform stability
• Monitor platform performance and recommend solutions to improve security and user experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment
• Background in designing and optimizing platforms focused on designers or creative professionals
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Familiarity with payment gateway integrations and security protocols
