Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering) or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with JavaScript and MySQL 8
• Proven experience in developing both frontend and backend applications using JavaScript and MySQL 8, with a focus on efficiency and performance
• Strong passion for creating beautiful, user-friendly, and elegant UI designs, with a keen eye for usability and user experience. Experience working with low-code tools to build and maintain user interfaces
• Eager to learn new technologies, share knowledge, and engage in discussions with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improvement

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable internal tools that enhance operational efficiency and support the company’s hybrid working model
• Continuously improve the internal platform by identifying new opportunities for optimization and introducing innovative features that support business growth
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Operations and Engineering, to understand business needs and align on the development of internal tools that improve both employee experience and operational efficiency
• Regularly collaborate with remote and hybrid teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on project goals and technical strategies
• Lead the development of reusable APIs and modular components, ensuring that architectural decisions support the platform’s scalability, reliability, and performance
• Proactively contribute to key architectural decisions, balancing technical best practices with business requirements to drive innovation
• Ensure that internal tools are optimized for performance, enabling seamless scaling as the company expands globally
• Continuously evaluate the technical infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement to support the platform’s growth and efficiency
• Focus on creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces, leveraging low-code tooling where appropriate to streamline development
• Prioritize user experience by building interfaces that are not only functional but also elegant and easy to use for internal stakeholders
• Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues within internal tools, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime
• Embrace a “nothing-is-impossible” mindset, constantly seeking creative solutions to technical challenges and pushing the boundaries of what internal tools can achieve
