This hybrid marketing and operations role involves building and maintaining digital funnels, launching campaigns, optimizing automations, and ensuring smooth internal workflows. You will collaborate closely with the founder, bringing strategic ideas to life through various tasks, from launching new offers to refining backend processes. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of experience in marketing operations or supporting founders, strong command of various software tools, and experience in launching and maintaining marketing funnels. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting founders or running marketing operations
- Strong command of Google Workspace, Notion, ClickUp/Trello, and Canva
- Experience launching and maintaining marketing funnels
Responsibilities
- Set up and manage marketing funnels
- Build and maintain automation flows with tools like Zapier, ConvertKit, etc
- Help coordinate ad campaigns and launch content across our platforms
- Keep landing pages, intake forms, and email sequences up to date
- Support the rollout of our Real Estate Pro to CEO course
- Write light copy (emails, landing pages, and campaign blurbs) when needed
- Help organize freelance creatives (designers, VAs, etc.) to get things done
- Run simple tests and track how campaigns are doing across channels
- Maintain and update client workflow boards (tasks, timelines, deliverables)
- Support internal system builds (SOPs, dashboards, automation flows)
- Track client billing cycles and ensure recurring deliverables are met
- Coordinate timelines and task delegation for strategic projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in digital coaching, advisory, or course-based businesses
- Experience managing online launches and recurring marketing campaigns
- Social media trends awareness and campaign testing experience
- Familiarity with Lightspeed VT or similar training platforms
