Full Stack Engineer

Summary

Join Constructor's Searchandizing team as a passionate and skilled backend engineer. You will build and maintain tools for global e-commerce brands to manage their product discovery experience, focusing on the Searchandizing dashboard and improving its usability. A key responsibility is enhancing the onboarding process for new merchandisers. You will work with Python, backend development, DevOps tools, and potentially React and Typescript. Requirements

• Have hands on experience with Python
• Have strong hands on experience with backend development
• Have hands on experience with devops tools like (AWS-ECS, Cloud Watch, ..etc)
• Have experience launching and operating backend systems
• Have experience with automated testing practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the tools used by merchandisers of global e-commerce brands to manage their product discovery experience
• Deliver features for our Searchandizing dashboard
• Find innovative ways to improve its usability
• Enhance the product discovery experience for shoppers worldwide
• Play a key role in improving the onboarding process for new merchandisers, making it faster and easier for them to get up and running on the Constructor platform
• Produce high quality code and test their own changes

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands on experience with Flask or similar web frameworks for building APIs
• Experience or willingness to work with the frontend codebase in React and Typescript
• Experience working in remote environments
