Full Stack Engineer

Requirements

• 10+ years of demonstrated Engineering delivery to business outcomes (both hands on and leadership)
• A strong understanding of microservices architecture and implementation
• A strong understanding of CI/CD, feature flags, DevOps, Security, and Infrastructure best practices
• Strong understanding of AWS, deployment pipelines, Terraform, and other similar technologies
• Strong background in Node.js, Lambda, and the AWS ecosystem
• Demonstrated ability to get up to speed quickly in new environments and domains
• High level of self-motivation with a strong delivery mindset
• Proven track record of collaborating effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under pressure

• Lead a team of Engineers to solve business problems through fast paced iterations and deploy working software that delivers business outcomes
• Collaborate closely with the existing development teams to maintain momentum and alignment
• Communicate with senior leadership and ensure cohesive product engineering operations
• Work in a fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality solutions within tight deadlines
• Solve complex problems and implement scalable solutions using best practices
• Adapt to team culture quickly, demonstrating a positive and collaborative approach, with consistent async communication
