Full Stack Engineer

Summary

Join Improvado, a VC-backed AI Enterprise Revenue Data platform, as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build and scale an AI agent for our innovative AI-powered digital employee product. You will design evaluation pipelines, architect product UX using component libraries, and lead architecture decisions around agent orchestration. This role requires experience with TypeScript, Python, and various databases, along with hands-on experience with agent frameworks. The ideal candidate is independent, data-driven, and proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment. Requirements

• Experience with TypeScript , including production work with React, Next.js
• Experience with Python , ideally with FastAPI / Django
• Experience with PostgreSQL , ClickHouse , Redis , and Temporal
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks like AI SDK, Agents SDK, or custom-built AI agents
• You understand what clean, functional UI looks like — you don’t wait for pixel-perfect designs, and you’re comfortable using component libraries like ShadCN , Radix , Tailwind , or building from scratch when needed
• Independence: Ability to independently conduct the entire research cycle, selecting the appropriate method even if you haven’t used it before
• Data-driven approach: Willingness to prove with facts that the solution you propose will improve users’ lives
• Responsibility and proactivity: No need for pushing and micromanaging; you understand the product vision and are ready to make many decisions independently in an uncertain environment

Responsibilities

• Build and scale an AI agent and be able make it reliable
• Design evaluation pipelines to benchmark agent performance and iterate quickly
• Architect and iterate on product UX — you’ll work directly on building clean, intuitive UI/UX using component libraries like ShadCN and Tailwind
• Lead architecture decisions around agent orchestration, prompt design, context compression, and fallback logic
• Teach agents to interact with Improvado’s 500+ data integrations : Salesforce, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, TikTok, Snowflake, etc
