Join Vouched, a company building an identity verification platform, and work closely with the product team to deliver valuable enhancements. You will build features across the stack using various technologies, build APIs and SDKs, define technical specifications, and work in a Scrum engineering process environment. This role requires a BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field, 2-5+ years of experience with SaaS backend engineering, and technical lead capability. Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent computational science degree
- 2-5+ years experience with SaaS backend engineering, with Node.js, Typescript and/or Python, with a Github and Terraform-based CI/CD deployment system
- Technical lead capability, with a collaborative and mentoring mindset
- Experience building end-to-end capabilities
- Experience working with microservices
- Drive and ambition to be an owner
- Polyglot engineer mindset
- Deep expertise in backend with front-end skills and exposure, and a willingness to jump into unfamiliar areas
Responsibilities
- Work closely with our product team to deliver valuable enhancements incrementally
- Build features across stack with, but not limited to: Typescript, React, PostgreSQL, Redis, Node.js, Python, REST, Docker
- Build APIs and SDKs to access ML/DL models
- Define testable technical specifications with edge cases, security, and scalability in mind
- Build, test, tune and debug across the entire production stack
- Work in a Scrum engineering process environment
- Work in a customer-focused, lean engineering and evolving late-stage startup environment
