Requirements

• Possess solid development experience in a commercial environment
• Demonstrate a great understanding of Java and React
• Showcase wider experience with different tools and frameworks across the stack
• Display enthusiasm for expanding your skillset and learning new technologies
• Have commercial experience working with agile methodologies
• Possess experience in addressing stakeholder challenges on technical issues and influencing technical decisions within the team
• Understand and uphold best practices as a Senior Engineer (e.g., TDD, SOLID, XP)
• Have experience guiding and supporting junior and mid-level engineers
• Possess working knowledge of CI/CD practices and deployments
• Have experience in writing effective documentation and facilitating knowledge sharing
