Summary

The Wanderlust Group is seeking a Full Stack Sr. Software Engineer to join their team. The engineer will work in a pod with other talented engineers, designers, and product managers to build software for marinas and boaters. The company is fully remote but gathers in-person several times a year. The primary tech stack includes Ruby on Rails, React, Postgres, Sidekiq, Datadog, Swift for iOS, Github, Heroku + AWS, and Stripe. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000 - $180,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

Requirements

At least 4 years of professional experience with the majority of the following: Object-oriented web programming, Relational databases, Caching and Queueing systems, Frontend and UX, Observability, Testing, profiling, and debugging practices, Ability to leverage and maintain CI/CD pipelines, Ability to blend critical thinking and systems design to solve for business needs, Working in a team environment where you proactively contribute to maintaining a healthy team culture of continuous learning and collaboration

Responsibilities

Work within a pod of other talented engineers, designers, and product managers to build great software for marinas and boaters

Preferred Qualifications

Ruby on Rails experience is a plus. Postgres specific experience is a plus. Sidekiq + Redis experience is a plus. Familiarity with React is a plus. Datadog specific experience is a plus
