Full Stack Software Engineer

Summary

Join our team as a Full Stack Software Engineer and contribute to the development of an innovative airlift optimization platform. As a key member of our core development team, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining both frontend and backend components of this revolutionary platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Clearance: Ability to obtain/maintain secret level clearance. US Citizenship is required
• 3+ years of experience in full-stack software development
• Proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and one backend language/framework (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django, Java/Spring)
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain Full Stack Features: Design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend components of the airlift optimization platform
• Implement intuitive user interfaces and interactions on the frontend, of a React based application with the Kendo UI framework, working closely with designers to ensure a cohesive user experience
• Build robust and scalable backend systems, written in java using the Quarkus framework, to handle airlift request processing, data management, and integration with external services
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with Team Members: Partner with product owners to understand user needs and requirements, translating them into technical solutions
• Collaborate with frontend and backend engineers to ensure seamless integration and data flow between the frontend and backend
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Problem-Solving and Optimization: Identify and troubleshoot issues across the entire technology stack
• Optimize application performance and scalability to handle increasing user loads and data volumes
• Stay current with the latest frontend and backend technologies and best practices
