Requirements

• Proven track record in sales, particularly in high-ticket or full-cycle sales roles
• Strong outbound prospecting skills with the ability to generate and qualify leads independently
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage your own sales pipeline

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales process, from outbound prospecting to closing high-value deals
• Proactively reach out to potential clients, generating your own leads to build a robust sales pipeline
• Take charge of setting up meetings with prospects, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities
• Own the sales process from end to end, efficiently closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction
• Pipeline Management: Initially, you will have access to our No-Shows, Cancels, and Deal-Lost opportunities, giving you a solid foundation to start from

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the DeFi or fintech industry is a plus, but not required
