Remote Fullstack Developer

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in full-stack development, ideally with some exposure to the fintech industry
• Advanced English Level
• Strong proficiency in Java with experience using Spring Boot and Hibernate
• Proven experience building modern front-end applications with React
• Experience with SQL databases
• Understanding of RESTful API principles
• Proficient in Python, including data structures (lists, dictionaries), control flow, functions, object-oriented programming, and data manipulation using dataframes with libraries like Pandas
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) or experience integrating AI capabilities

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of feature development across the entire stack using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and React
• Partner with a small, highly skilled team of offshore developers, providing guidance and ensuring top-notch code quality
• Tackle technical challenges head-on and find innovative solutions
• Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members
