Summary

Join Encora's dynamic engineering team as a Senior Fullstack Engineer. You will develop and maintain cloud-native applications, build end-to-end solutions, and work across the entire technology stack. Your expertise in backend and frontend technologies will be crucial in developing innovative products. This full-time, work-from-home position requires 6+ years of experience. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth integration and alignment with project goals. The role involves managing AWS services and utilizing CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in fullstack development with hands-on expertise in both backend and frontend technologies
  • Proficient in backend development with NodeJS, Java, or Kotlin
  • Strong experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, and HTML5 for frontend development
  • Solid understanding and experience with Docker and containerization technologies
  • Proficient with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, CloudFront, S3, DynamoDB, Secrets Manager) and tools for managing infrastructure
  • Extensive experience using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Expertise in version control and CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab, and Gerrit
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize systems, ensuring performance, scalability, and security in cloud environments

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native backend services using NodeJS, Java, or Kotlin
  • Build responsive and dynamic web interfaces using ReactJS, JavaScript, and HTML
  • Manage AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, DynamoDB, and Secrets Manager. Experience with EC2 Image Builder and setting up scalable solutions in AWS
  • Use Docker and container orchestration tools to package applications for deployment
  • Administer and improve Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, GitHub, and GitLab. Experience with code version control systems such as Git/Gerrit
  • Leverage AWS Terraform for provisioning and managing infrastructure as code
  • Work closely with other developers, DevOps, and product teams to ensure smooth integration and alignment with project goals
