Full-Stack Developer

Summary

Join Fulcrum, a team of tech-savvy, creative, and passionate IT professionals, as a Full-Stack Developer. This full-time or part-time position offers the opportunity to work on an innovative bookshop project focused on supporting underrepresented authors and building community. You will be responsible for planning and developing new features, supporting existing functionality, and contributing to a vibrant and performance-driven culture. The initial period of cooperation is 3-6 months, with the possibility of extension.

Requirements

• 1.5 years in backend development with Python
• 3+ years in frontend development, with significant experience in Next.js and TypeScript
• Experience building component libraries and architecting scalable React apps
• A strong understanding of rendering performance, SEO, accessibility, and responsive design
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS
• An eye for polish and detail in UI/UX across screen sizes and browsers
• Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, image optimization, lazy loading, and bundle analysis
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CMS systems (e.g., Shopify, WordPress)
