Full-Stack Developer

The position requires 5+ years of full-stack development experience with proven Next.js expertise and relational database skills. Requirements

• Have 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer, with a strong track record of building scalable, production-level applications
• Have proven experience developing with Next.js, including server-side rendering, static site generation, and API routes
• Have experience designing and maintaining relational databases like Postgres, SQL Server, or MySQL
• Demonstrate stable career progression with minimal job hopping and direct experience working at companies (not primarily in consulting or dev shops), ideally with startup experience

Responsibilities

• Start with a key project: building a mini application to support clinical quality checks
• Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Next.js, with an even split between front-end and back-end tasks
• Manage relational databases, ensuring integrity and performance (e.g., SQL, Postgres, MySQL)
• Build tools, services, and features to address real-world challenges in healthcare and operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business goals
• Ensure applications are optimized for speed, scalability, and maintainability
