Full-Stack Developer

Summary

Join Workleap's Officevibe team as a Full Stack Developer, focusing on the "Employee engagement" feature. You will define and implement solutions, improve development processes, share knowledge, maintain code quality, and develop new features. The role involves a balance of coding (70%) and team activities (30%). The team collaborates closely with Product Managers and Designers, working on advanced reporting, infrastructure improvements, and AI feature implementation. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in web or SaaS application development, strong React and C#/.NET skills, and experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies.

Requirements

• 3-6 years experience in web or SaaS application development
• Solid experience with React and c#, .Net
• Experience working in an environment that uses system design concepts
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Experience of teamwork and agile methodology (SCRUM)

Responsibilities

• Defining solutions, break them down into increments to deliver value to users quickly, and validate strategic assumptions
• Reviewing the development process, identify improvements to increase efficiency in the use of DevOps and manage technical debt
• Sharing your learnings with other developers on certain technical topics
• Maintaining technical excellence and quality in what is delivered by the team
• Developing new features and enhancing existing ones
• Ensuring a balance between high experimentation velocity and consolidation of technical debt over the medium term
• Participate and contribute in the evolution of our team rituals and processes
